Hemorrhagic Stroke: Symptoms, Causes & Treatment

A compromised blood artery bursts and bleeds into the nearby brain when a hemorrhagic stroke occurs. When this happens, the blood collects, causing swelling and pressure in the brain that harms nearby brain tissue. Uncontrolled high blood pressure, which places additional strain on the arterial walls until they break, is the most frequent cause of hemorrhagic stroke. A ruptured vessel may also be the outcome of an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), which is a grouping of improperly formed blood vessels, or an aneurysm, which is the ballooning of a weak spot in a vessel. Hemorrhagic strokes come in two types: intracerebral hemorrhage (brain bleeding) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding between the arachnoid membranes). Symptoms of hemorrhagic stroke Blood vessel ruptures can cause hemorrhagic strokes, which can have severe, urgent, and life-threatening symptoms like: Abrupt, debilitating headache in the back of the head. Epilepsy Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment

Convulsive or non-convulsive seizures that recur frequently are caused by epilepsy, a chronic neurological disorder. One of the most widespread conditions affecting the central nervous system, epilepsy can result in momentary lapses in attention, unconsciousness, and even spasmodic twitching of the arms and legs. Genetic (inherited from your parents) (inherited from your parents). Specific genes have been linked to certain forms of epilepsy...

Parkinson Disease - Symptoms, Causes and Treatment

Parkinson's disease is a progressive neurological disorder. It affects brain cells that produce a chemical called "Dopamine," which is responsible for smooth and coordinated body movements. Parkinson's disease develops when the neurons that control movement in the brain are damaged or die. Parkinson's disease causes brain neurons to produce dopamine, a brain chemical that regulates movement, mood, and many other bodily functions. Parkinson's disease also affects nerve endings involved in the production of norepinephrine, a brain chemical that regulates automatic functions in the body such as blood pressure, digestion, and heart rate. Certain risk factors may increase your chances of developing Parkinson's dis...
